The Role of OEMs in Canada’s Collision Repair Ecosystem
Collision Repair Magazine is asking its readers about their opinions on the shifting role of original equipment manufacturers in the repair sector.
Over the past decade, the role played by OEMs has become increasingly involved in the sector -- launching certification programs, adopting formal policies on the use of used and non-OEM parts and even stepping between bodyshops and insurance partners.
This survey explores how that involvement is viewed across the industry: what’s working, what’s confusing, and where more collaboration is needed.
Results will inform a broader CRM Industry Insight Report, with findings shared in aggregate only.
